Ingredients
1 tbsp chopped bacon
1 tbsp grated cheddar
1 raw egg
1 Pukka All steak pie
Method
- Preheat oven according to the instructions on pack
- Using a small sharp knife, pop the pastry lid off the pie
- Crack the egg on top of the pie filling
- Sprinkle over bacon then cheese
- Place the lid on top and cook as normal
Use ham or chorizo instead of bacon
Play with different cheese, such as blue cheese
