4-5 sliced mushrooms

1 knob butter

¼ tsp dried thyme

½ tsp garlic puree

2 tbsp garlic & herb soft cheese

1 tbsp water

1 Pukka chicken & mushroom pie


  1. Preheat oven according to the instructions on pack- bake pie according to instructions
  2. 5 mins before pie is ready melt the butter in a non-stick pan add the thyme & garlic
  3. Add sliced mushrooms and fry until browned
  4. Add the water and soft cheese and stir until well combined and saucy
  5. Pour on top of the hot pie and enjoy with your favourite vegetables and potatoes

Use cream instead of soft cheese

Add bacon for an extra tasty treat!
