1 skinned sausage – any variety

1 tbsp diced onion

¼ tsp dried sage

1 Pukka chicken & gravy pie


  1. Preheat oven according to the instructions on pack
  2. Mix the sausage meat, onion and sage together
  3. Cut a hole out of the pie lid about the size of fifty pence
  4. Form the sausage meat into a ball and place into the hole
  5. Bake as per instructions on pack (check the meat juices run clear)

If you don’t want to use a sausage you can use your favourite dried stuffing mix instead
