Pukka Slice of Summer Competition Terms and Conditions.

How to enter

• To enter you must be a UK resident over the age of 18.
• No purchase is necessary for entry to this free prize draw.
• Entry is exclusively via Pukka Pies’ TikTok channel @officialpukka
• To enter, participants must follow Pukka’s social account, like the post & comment on the competition post (exact mechanics detailed in the post copy). For an extra 10 entries, particpants can also do a video response, tagging Pukka.
• Any video entries made to the competition can be repurposed by Pukka, the ownership of the content remains with the creator and will be tagged as such.

Terms and conditions:

  • This draw is not open to employees, partners, and associated agents of Pukka Pies or anyone concerned with this promotion.
  • Bulk entries made from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted.
  • There are one (1) prizes available. The prize concludes of a years’ supply of Pukka Slices, Sauage Rolls and Pasty, which will be delivered via a coupon booklet of 52 coupons, equates to one Pukka product per week.
  • No cash alternative will be offered, and the prize is non-transferable.
  • The winner will be chosen at random by a representative of Pukka Pies.
  • The competition will open at 6PM on Monday 31st July & will close at 6PM on 14th August.
  • The competition winners will be notified by 21st August. If the Promoters are not able to contact the winner within 2 working days, the prize will be forfeited, and an alternative winner will be drawn. It is the winner’s responsibility to notify the Promoter of any change in contact information.
  • Prize to be dispatched to arrive by w/c 4th September.
  • Pukka cannot be held liable for any delays to delivery resulting from circumstances beyond our control, or if the selected winner doesn’t supply delivery details in time for us to organise a delivery.
  • The winner may not use the prize in conjunction with any other offer, promotion or prize draw.
  • The Promoter reserves the right to reject fraudulent entries.
  • The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any technical issues, system or software failures encountered during entry into the promotion.
  • By entering, the winner gives their permission for their names to be posted on social media.
  • The entry instructions form part of the Terms & Conditions. By entering, entrants agree to accept and be bound by the Terms & Conditions. Entrants must read and accept the competition Terms & Conditions to be eligible. The Promoter reserves the right to change the Terms & Conditions.
  • The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
