Competition Terms and Conditions

  • To enter you must be a UK resident over the age of 18 and the owner of the store in the entry.
  • No purchase is necessary for entry to this free prize draw.
  • To enter, you must submit a data entry form on the following URL: pukkapies.co.uk/win-chip-shop-pos/
  • Entrants are able to submit additional entries by commenting on Pukka Competition Posts posted by Chippy Chat, Fry Magazine, Fast Food Profeshional or National Federation of Fish Friers.
  • By entering this competition you consent to photography and video content being captured at the winning store and taking part in an informal interview to provide soundbites which will be quoted in Pukka marketing activity.
  • This draw is not open to employees, partners, and associated agents of Pukka Pies or anyone concerned with this promotion.
  • Bulk entries made from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted.
  • There is one (1) prize available. The prize comprises delivery and installation of new Pukka point of sale items.  Items included are: Pukka Chip Shop Protruding Illuminated Sign, Pukka Neon Hanging Sign, Pukka Make It a Pukka Pie Day Free Standing A-Frame, Pukka Open & Closed Sign, Pukka Make It a Pukka Pie Day Pavement Swinging Sign. The Protruding Illuminated Sign and the Pukka Neon Hanging Sign both require a power source, as part of the installation process the Pukka team will arrange an electrician to visit the winning store to confirm power sources are suitable. If electrical work is needed to accommodate these items, the cost of this will be covered by Pukka.
  • No cash alternative will be offered, and the prize is non-transferable.
  • The winner will be chosen at random by a representative of Pukka Pies.
  • The competition will close at midnight on Friday 17th October 2025.
  • The competition winner will be notified by telephone by Friday 24th October 2025. If the Promoters are not able to contact the winner within 2 working days, the prize will be forfeited, and an alternative winner will be drawn. It is the winner’s responsibility to notify the Promoter of any change in contact information.
  • Prize to be delivered and installed in winning store(s) by 28th November 2025.
  • Pukka cannot be held liable for any delays to delivery resulting from circumstances beyond our control, or if the selected winner doesn’t supply delivery details in time for us to organise a delivery.
  • The Promoter reserves the right to reject fraudulent entries.
  • The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any technical issues, system or software failures encountered during entry into the promotion.
  • The entry instructions form part of the Terms & Conditions. By entering, entrants agree to accept and be bound by the Terms & Conditions. Entrants must read and accept the competition Terms & Conditions to be eligible. The Promoter reserves the right to change the Terms & Conditions.
  • The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
