This is Pukka Pies third published Gender Pay Gap Report, prepared as required under the Equality Act 2010 (Gender Pay Gap Information) Regulations 2017 that came into effect April 2017.
This involves carrying out six calculations that show the difference between the average earnings of men and women ; it does not include publishing individual employee’s data.
We can use these results to assess:
- the levels of gender equality in our workplace
- the balance of male and female employees at different levels
- how effectively talent is being maximised and rewarded
We are very pleased to see a decrease of 6% in our Mean Gender Pay gap from the previous year coming in at 2%.
And also, to see a positive movement in all other indicators and an increase in the overall number of people receiving a bonus.
We remain committed to continue to work to minimise any gender pay gap.
