As required by the Equality Act 2010 (Gender Pay Gap Information) Regulations 2017, we’ve just published the results of our Gender Pay Gap report.
Under this new legislation, every company with more than 250 employees has to publish gender pay gap information. We carried out six calculations to work out the differences between the average earnings of men and women working at Pukka. You can see the results of these calculations below.
We’ll be using our results to look really closely at:
- Gender equality in our workplaces
- The balance of men and women working at different levels
- How effectively we’re maximising and rewarding talent.
We continue to work to minimise our gender pay gap.
You can find out more about why we’ve published these results.
