Nik Jones
Out of Home Controller
Since joining Pukka in 2018 I have loved every minute of my time. Having initially joined the business on a temporary basis in the retail team, I was quick to jump at the opportunity when the business offered me a role in the Foodservice team. My journey at Pukka has taken me across Retail, Out of Home and even a spell in Commercial Finance, as well as working across the majority of our customers and sectors.
As Controller I lead the Out of Home Team, shaping strategy and direction for our Out of Home business and supporting the team in the delivery of business performance and commercial relationships. The amazing thing with this is that my role has huge breadth, never are two days the same.
My favourite Pukka product has to be the Chicken Balti Pie, it goes great with a beer watching the football – so it’s not surprising it’s our number one product in stadia! But as my team know I am very partial to a Classic Beef Pasty too and will often be caught sneaking one from the heaters at trade shows.

Andrew Rosser
Sector Manager – QSR
I joined Pukka in April 2022 after 10 years with PepsiCo as a National Account Manager for their out-of-home channel. Pukka really stood out as a business that I could be passionate about as it’s still a family-run business with all the tools in place to grow. Since joining the business every single person has been so welcoming and supportive.
My role as a Commercial Manager in the Foodservice team means that I am responsible for managing the 70+ wholesalers that mainly have a foothold in the fast-food industry.
My favourite Pukka product must be the Chicken Balti Pie. I have grown up eating this pie at football games and it’s the perfect halftime snack!

Cameron Gilchrist
Sector Manger – Sport & Stadia
I started Pukka in June 2023 after 4 years playing professional football and 6 years in the sports teamwear market. As soon as I heard there was an opportunity to combine my passion for sport with a company that has Pukka’s brand power I couldn’t wait to get started and now I help look after our sport and stadia customers as a National Account Manager.
My current role sees me look after our 45+ stadia accounts whether this be in the Premier League, EFL or our local grassroots teams, ensuring our assets are in play but also offer a best in class service which we pride ourselves on here at Pukka.
My favourite Pukka product in true stadia fashion is the Chicken Balti Pie, only now I can enjoy eating these when visiting a stadium as opposed to playing.

Lynley Kemp
Sector Manager – On Trade
I joined Pukka in April 2025 as a Sector Manager looking after the On Trade sector. As part of my role, I will be looking after customers in hospitality such as pubs, bars, hotels and restaurants.
Previous roles have included sales account management at Carlsberg UK, Matthew Clark and Quintessential Brands looking after national customers in the On Trade sector. So after many years in the drinks channel, I am looking forward to talking to the On Trade about the fantastic range of Pukka Pies.
My favourite pie is the Chicken and Mushroom from our incredibly delicious gastro range, it takes some beating!

Ian Potts
Sector Manager – OTG
I joined Pukka in November 2025 after spending the previous 3 years as the Out of Home Commercial manager for a major private label biscuit manufacturer
My role at Pukka is the OTG sector manager and I will be responsible for the strategy and growth of our Hot OTG range, as well as managing a number of current wholesalers. My working background has very much been in the Out of Home Sector and I have previous experience in Ice Cream, Chips and Biscuits so it was only a matter of time before I moved onto Pies!!!!
The opportunity to work with a family run branded business, that puts its people at the heart of everything they do really appealed to me and I can’t wait to see how the business performs over the coming years

National Account Manager
I joined Pukka as in November 2025 the a National Account Manager, looking after the Out of Home sector, after spending 3 and a half years working in with soft drinks at Refresco.
In my new role at Pukka, I am looking forward to applying all my experience to support our out of home strategy, strengthen partnerships and contribute to continued growth of the business, particularly within Export.
My favourite Pukka product is Cheese, Leek & Potato Pie, it’s the perfect balance of comfort and flavour.

Meet our dedicated Customer Services Team: Sally, Tim and Kirsty. This fantastic team have over 85 years of experience at Pukka between them! Sally heads up the team with a wealth of knowledge after working her way through many areas of the business in the last 24 years, including Sales, Marketing and also Customer Service. Tim and Kirsty are also very experienced after being hands-on in many areas, including within our Bakery, Sales, Customer Service and even attending company exhibitions.
