Ingredients
4-5 sliced mushrooms
1 knob butter
¼ tsp dried thyme
½ tsp garlic puree
2 tbsp garlic & herb soft cheese
1 tbsp water
1 Pukka chicken & mushroom pie
Method
- Preheat oven according to the instructions on pack- bake pie according to instructions
- 5 mins before pie is ready melt the butter in a non-stick pan add the thyme & garlic
- Add sliced mushrooms and fry until browned
- Add the water and soft cheese and stir until well combined and saucy
- Pour on top of the hot pie and enjoy with your favourite vegetables and potatoes
Use cream instead of soft cheese
Add bacon for an extra tasty treat!
