Gender Pay Gap Figures April 22
This is Pukka Pies Fifth published Gender Pay Gap report, prepared as required under the Equality Act 2010 (Gender Pay Gap Information) Regulations 2017 that came into effect April 2017.
This involves six calculations that show the difference between average earnings of men & women; it does not include publishing individual employee’s data.
We can use these results to assess:
- the levels of gender equality in our workplace
- the balance of male and female employees at different levels
- how effectively talent is being maximised and rewarded.
